Performance Boats is not responsible for the legal importation of the boats and by virtue of this, it is not responsible for the payment of foreign trade taxes and, where appropriate, countervailing duties, as well as compliance with other obligations in terms of regulations and non-tariff restrictions.

Performance Boats is not responsible for the legal importation of boats, consequently it is not responsible for the payment of foreign trade taxes and taxes that could be applicable in Mexico.
